Activation older MachStdMill

Hi.
I had to move to a new PC as my old brook. I now have a new PC with Windows 10 and running SmootStepper. Also the MachStdMill is running, but only as a trial.
When I try to activate I get the message: "There are no activations left for this license".
I believed it was possible to move the program from a dead to a new PC?

My License ID is:XXXXXXXXX and Password: XXXXXXX, Also my Customer id is: XXXXXXX.
