Can't find TCP TP with T#0 (please reply)

Dear Dave,

I tried to post a new topic 2 days ago, but as I only used the previous forum (long time ago), it seems I am a new user. My posts most be moderated first, no problem with that, but at this moment I am stuck with MSM and I can't continue... Please reply to my post of Monday 4th of July 2016 or put the post on the forum, I really need help.

Can't find TCP TP with T#0

After using MSM on Win XP for several years without any problems, I re-installed my PC with Win 7 (32 bits).
After a complete clean installation Windows, Mach3, MSM and re-activation of MSM I wanted to configure the TCP TP.
Unfortunately when I click Set TCP RP MCz I get a popup window:

MSM Locate TCP TP Special Function
Can't find TCP TP with T#0

I use MSM version v2.3.6
Mach3 R3.043.066 (Licensed)

In MSM settings I activated TCP TP Installed (led Green)
On The tooling page I have set the TC Position, and the spindle is at the TCp position (by clicking Go TC Pos'n)

I checked the wiring and pin settings, and all is correct.
I checked the video's on Youtube, and read the manual.
I must be forgetting something but i cannot find it, please help.
