Hi there,
I'm getting "RCenter Z start plane not found" when I'm trying to use the A-axis center probing operation, and can't figure out what to do about it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

HI,
Look in the history file ("hist" button at top of MSM pages) when this happens and I suspect you'll find soem line that look like this:
Mon - 07:13:25 ---Probing for 1st Cylinder "top"...
Mon - 07:13:33 ---Z- Face not found
Mon - 07:13:35 ---RCenter Z start plane not found
Assuming this is what you are seeing -
When the center probe operation starts, the first thing it does is to probe in the Z- direction to find the approximate top of the A axis cylinder. If the probe does not trigger before it moves the "Max Z Distance" amount, this message is displayed.
MSM is saying the probe did not find the cylinder... perhaps you have the "Max Z Distance" too small for where you started the probe op from?
