After downloading MachStdMill Pro and going through the installation process I made a mistake in creating a new profile of my existing Mach3 profile. When I opened up the profile for the first time I think I opened up the wrong profile. Not sure if that is exactly correct. Anyway when I try to load the new profile or even the MasterMachStdMill profile I get the this:

MSM ScreenSetload MacroMain ON ERROR Trapped an unexpected
error! Err:91 Object Variable or With block variable not set
MachStdMill could not intitialize.

I guess my question is how do I fix this? Can I unstall MachStdMill Pro, and download it again and go through the installation process again. If so how can I due this. Or is there another fix. I have the latest version of Mach3 installed and it is running okay.

To uninstall MSM, use either the control panel item for add/removing programs (the exact name varies with versions of windows), or
use start/programs/mach3/MachStdMill/Uninstall MachStdMill

You can also try just running the installer again - it will reinstall MSM on top of the current installation.
