license activation

Post by pchoquette »

Recently my hard disk failed and I had to reinstall MachStdMill.
Since it was due to a hard disk failure, I could not deactivate my license before reinstalling MachStdmill and now I can't access it.
Is there a way out of this situation?
Thanks in advance.

Sure. No problem - we'll take care of that for you.
I'll send you a direct email that gives the info we need to recover the activation for you.

Re activation!
Dave,
I need a number to call you to help me try your "PRO" package trial period.
As I said last night, my cmos battery died and when I set the date from 2006 to 2015 the program stopped with a error of 9205. I sure would appreciate some help.

I am helping out Leith Whitney with T&S Machines and Tools, Inc in Gainesville Texas. He is trying to get my cnc router configured with Mach and would like me to use your screen.

Thank you,
-Greg

MSM support is available via email or this forum (even a single, short live trouble shooting call costs CVI more than the retail price of an MSM license...)

FYI - I deleted your phone number form the post - not really a good idea to leave phone numbers in a public post; A private forum message or a direct email is better for that.

Dave,
We're getting set up............things are going pretty well. We lost the Mach drivers when the cmos battery died so had to reinstall Mach and then your Pro program to get things working right.

One question:
When using the 30 day trial is the probing feature disabled until licensed?

During the trial period you have a fully functional professional edition - that includes all probing operations.
