Dear Dave,

I have a problem with circular post probe operation.
The center is not correct...

Please look the pictures.

Perhaps offset problem?

The manufacturer of the probe told me to send a scan of the probe in 2D e 3D in STL file, but I
do not know how to do...
What program should I use?

Center of the probe tip = it seems ok
Probe mounting = it seems ok
Probe travel errors = it seems that there are not
Probe trigger point error = it seems that there are not
Cosine errors = it seems that there are not
Spindle Run Out --> I don't understand what it is...

The object is perfectly circular

I don't know why a probe manufacturer would ask for a scan of the probe itself. Nor do I know what device / technology they would expect you to use to scan the probe.
You will need to ask the probe manufacturer what they want.

OK. The page says why you can not download their software. Please note that the referenced web page is not a CVI product and I can not help you with it.

Perhaps it is just a choice of words, but when the topic is precise measurements for machining operations, the phrase "It seems..." does not provide strong assurance that these errors are not present. What measurements have you made which lead to you determine that none of these error exist with your probe?

How do you know the post is "perfectly circular"?

Frankly there are many sources (or combination of sources) of error that could account for what is in the pictures.
Please, I do not mean to be rude at all, but it is necessary for one to understand concepts like runout before one can systematically start to make measurements to figure out what the source of the problem might be.

With a little reading (Google is very good at finding information) and some thinking about how to measure and test for the various error sources, you will figure it out.
