I re-imaged my laptop with that I uses to do dry run's of MSM without doing a de-activation first. So I have an activation tied up. I don't see a way on the licensing portal page to delete an inactive activation.

I'll have to fix that up manually for you.
I've emailed you direct with some info re what I need to know to fix this up for you.
