Reactivating MSM

Hi.
I had to reinstall Windows on my PC. On so doing I lost my MSM. Every thing else come back to normal. I tried to install the program fro a memory stick. All ok but when I try to reactivate I get the massage : Activation Failed. Code 5013.
I am runnind MachStdMill Professional Edition v2.0.10 of Des. 2013.
How can I get back ? Pleace help
