Dave, It was the Ignore Tool Change Button was clicked. I just tried it out and it is working fabulous!!!!!! Thanks a bunch for your help with this, I hope if someone else is having this issue they will read these posts. Now when I get a chance I'm going to setup the TCP. Thanks again!!!!!

Dave, I typed that in the MIDI line and it worked.

Dave, I'm unable to get the tool change button or cycle button to work. I thought maybe these attached screen shots might help. I tried T2 M6, T250 M6, but no go. So I'm hoping these screen shots help.

Dave, Thanks a bunch for the beta License. I do only have one license for MSM. I did check to make sure I had the latest version of Mach 3 (Ver 3.43.066).
